Derek, Andrew –

Attached is the draft of the proposal.  Could you please look it over and suggest any 
additions, changes, etc. as needed?  For example, if you can think of any apps that might 
be useful for travelers, let me know.  I plan to add ‘scans of prescriptions’ to the list of 
digital documents.

I also need you to estimate (“guess at”) the amount of time that you’ll spend on this 
project, in both hours and % time per week, and to let me know.

My sense is that we’d be working on this in our own time, not during regular working 
hours, but if that’s not the case, please note that (under Eligibility) you will need to get 
written approval from your supervisor.  Actually, this might be helpful, so I think I’ll ask 
my boss for a note.

Finally, are either of you planning to take any international trips (Canada and Mexico 
count) in the next six weeks or so?
