PROPOSAL SUMMARY/ABSTRACT
This project aims to address the national trends in decreasing board pass rates across multiple specialties by piloting a gamification app for educational content in boards question format. We endeavor to increase participation in boards studying educational offerings, and overall learning engagement, in the Internal Medicine (IM) residency, Anesthesia and Perioperative Care residency, and Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine (PCCM) fellowship programs.

Confidence in intravenous (IV) catheter placement is a lifesaving skill that has been shown to be lacking in many interns [1, 2]. Our program aims to combine lectures, simulation and clinical practice to train medical students (MSs) in IV skills placement and ensure that the next generation of interns feel better equipped to manage IV placement.
