Phase II, new thoughts.  The strengths of platform studies, exemplified by the STAMPEDE trial, are (1) the presence of a vision at the outset of a long-term research agenda that has the capacity to adapt during its conduct, and (2) a breadth of research questions that could be addressed by a cohesive research group working together to achieve a broad goal.

HUGHS: Hunger and Homelessness Solutions

OPG Proposal Status: 
  1. Quick Pitch (25 words): Re-engaging homeless people in society by equipping them to address community hunger and empowering them to make meaningful contributions to a city and global challenge.
  1. The Problem Statement (250 Words): Homelessness and hunger exist in staggering numbers in the world. We see this problem in world’s wealthiest regions, including San Francisco and throughout the globe.
