PROPOSAL SUMMARY/ABSTRACT
We propose the development of a novel curriculum for learners during their pediatric pulmonary elective focused on acquiring knowledge via active learning to enrich their pediatric pulmonary proficiency. In the pediatric pulmonary rotation, the most common feedback is that the clinical experience meets their needs, but formal education is lacking. As such, we propose a curriculum that will augment trainee’s clinical experience and involve an innovative interactive approach to optimize their education.
