Problem Statement: Faculty expertise in areas other than critical race theory and anti-oppression is low and variable and mistakes will be made: how do we handle mistakes and sustain a growth mindset?

Problem Statement: Incoming residents and faculty from other institutions who supervise learners trained in a new model may not be current in their thinking: how do we protect learners from misguided assessments?

Problem Statement: For systematic change to happen, structural changes need to be made to help expedite the process.  What structural changes should be considered?  What should be done at the local health care organization level and what should be elevated to the UC Health level and address system-wide?
